My investment matured on the first of April 2013 and on the 3rd I gave momentum instruction to payout my investment to my bank account. I emailed them my copy of Id, latest statement and application to exercise a maturity option form that was that was emailed to me by momentum. Paballo. Letsoalo then emailed me to inform me that my request and folder were referred to an agent who was going to carry out my instructions. According to the email I got from momentum, the money was going to be paid in 48 to 72 hours. Momentum keeps on sending me the same forms and after enquiring it was shocking to find out that they have my forms with them. Worse of all there is no feedback and progress with regard to my money. Is this an example of people being taken for a ride or is it incompetency of momentum staff in dealing with their jobs. I need my money momentum that I have invested for 15 years and I want it now.
