I invested money on a long term investment (5 years) with nedbank then after a year of investments and I'm having financial problems so I decided that I want to cancel my investment with them so I went to the bank to cancel my account wit them on the 26/08/2013 and I was told that if they were to cancel the account then I would forfiet all the interest made on the capital then I said that's fine they can cancel was order to bring copy of identity and a bank statement and I gave those documents the same day then I waited for the money and nothing came so I decided to go again on a saturday the 31/08/2013 then I was told that such issues are dealt with by the head office and the head office was not operating on weekends so I should come back on a monday then I went again monday the 2nd september of then I was told that I needed to submit proof that I was in a financial crisis and I submitted the proof tuesday the 3rd september and they promised to call me and they haven't. Please help me peter for I need this money urgently and these people are not doing much about my situation
