A while back I contacted MFC in regards to a PAyment Holiday and I was informed that they only consider payment holidays for certain reasons one of them wasw retrenchment.
My employment contract was cancelled the end of January so I contacted MFC once again to make arrangements. After email after email after email since early January I was informed that they can not assist me because debit order has been scheduled already.
Still up to now the only feedback I received was to inform me that my account is in arrears and Dale Nicholson will contact me fr4om collections.
How am I suppose to make payment? Why dont they get someone to caal me in this regard so that arrangements can be made?
I emailed again and called but to no avail.
The service is just unacceptable!!
