Not willing to assist clients

I had an investment that i wanted to reinstate with Stanlib, I completed all the relevant information and sent the prove to their email : [Email Removed] when I followed up almost two weeks later nothing was done to ensure that my address details had been processed, I than requested to cancel the investment and yet again- I had to call to follow if anything has been processed and the attitude that one is given by the consultnats is off a dont care attitude... One is put on hold for over 10 minutes by Thembile (for no reasonable explinantion as to why I'm being put on hold). Please could my investment be cancelled as per my request dated 07/02/2013 and could I possibily get feedback as to why no-one bothers to give clients FEEDBACK???
