I sent an email last year to find out about a loan, I was not contacted with a reply or a response so nothing was signed or agreed apon and no monies were deposited yet a So called company is taking money from my account, i went to the bank and put a stop order on, yet these persistant people continue to take money via a debit order from my account.
then last week i received this email: Dear Kenneth Esterhuizen (ID No:),
Ref: 9521001671481 - Client: Mr Esterhuizen
According to our records your made an application with Loan Detector SA on 2013/10/30.
Please note that your debit order has failed due to Client Stopping Payment.
Please contact our Collections department to make alternative payment arrangements. Failure to do so will result in you being handed over to our legal department for collection.

Then to my dismay when I went to research who these people are I came across as blog where many other people are also been done in like this.
