PRESTIGE? Complaint no. 2 (no generic STD bank pls)

I am an account holder for prestige banking, There are a lots of problems with Std B service I don't even know where to start (This is the second time I post this as after STD generic answer NO ONE contacted me!)

Overseas me and my husband had to walk from ATM to ATM trying to be able to withdraw (same story at the shops where our cards would never go through) where as my Father-in-law who banks with FNB had no problem whatsoever.
Holding to complain for this issue I had to wait to speak to someone in the PRESTIGE call centre for 47 min (obviously I was paying for the call) Finally, logged a claim number 31888320, but never heard back from STD. 3 days after that I write to my PRESTIGE banker, and never get a reply from him only an automated one saying he will get back to me in 24 hrs. 72 hrs down the line no REPLY! When I signed up for the PRESTIGE banking it was sold to me I had a banker who I could talk to personally... now I have to go through a Call centre to reach him! I try to apply with my husband a SA citizen for a home loan and STD bank won't lend me money unless we put down 25% of the value of the house! Why oh why I have a PRESTIGE acc
