I have received PATHETIC service from Prestige call centre. seems prestige is not so prestige! I loaded my prepaid account with R210 and have been on hold forever. When i do get a chance to speak to an agent and i inform them to call me back my phone is going to cut, they tell me they cannot do that! What is the point of prestige if when i require basic service it puts a hole in my pocket! Why does Prestige not have an online chat service like major companies are doing now like vodacom? DO NOT take out a prestige account!!!
