I am not happy with the quality of the repairs done on my vehicle. I am insured through First for Women and have been trying since Friday 8 February to get a manager to contact me. I called again today and was advised that a message had been left for the relevant manager who would call me back within the hour. Needless to say, I am still waiting. I need to get some direction from the insurer as to how to proceed with my vehicle. This lack of response is unacceptable.
