I was told that I will have a prestige banker with my prestige banking account which I pay the fee for every month.

I don't have a prestige banker in Rustenburg and I've been emailing Standard Bank on multiple email addresses for weeks to find out if they can put me in contact with a prestige banker in Rustenburg for my account. I need a prestige banker to assist me with a change on my account and on my bond as well.

I haven't received any responses until a few days ago from Nomvula Mbovane saying that I need to provide more information. Are you stupid? What more information do I need to provide? I want to be put into contact with a prestige banker in Rustenburg. Either give me a number or take the number and/or email that was in my email signature and have someone call me!? It is not rocket science

When I took out my bond, you convinced me to move my personal cheque account from Nedbank to you and so I did. Now I'm not getting service and the people answering your emails seem incompetent. I'm worried.
