I am a Prestige Banker and get NO service for it

I went into Standard Bank Centurion on Monday the 2nd of September 2013 at approx 13:10 and I went upstairs to quickly change my cell phone number for all my banking and I was told to go downstairs and wait in the enquirers Que which I did. I stood in that Que for one whole hour waiting to be served. Now please explain to me why I am a Prestige Banker, Paying Prestige fee's and get the service of a normal banker?? I may as well cancel my prestige account and open a standard one as there is NO benefit when you need it!! This is SHOCKING and I am very annoyed at the fact that I pay - R250 banking fee's and get nothing in return. I do not bank a lot and do not need to come into the bank often but I at least expect that when I do, that I get the service I am paying for!!!
