Did not Process Application

Good Day,

in August 2012 i applied to study towards a Masters degree in Finance and Investment Management with WBS. i applied online, submitted all the supporting documentation and wrote the admission test. I was told to check the online self-service site for my application status. The status has been the same since September "Your application is under consideration".

i went to inquire from the admission office this week, i was told there was a miss-communication between the online people and admissions office, this resulted in my application never being processed. This is disappointing given that the school encourages online applications, even if my application would have been declined i believe i deserved the courtesy to be informed. what is the point of paying an application fee
