INCOMPETENCE STAFF WITH ANNOYING ATTITUDE

Good day

I went into the branch in March 2012 as my account had some bank charges i didnt know of nor understood. I was assisted by Beauty Swandle who advised me to change to the Value bundles of R79 per month, she told me that it will be active from April, i went on maternity leave in April and i was surprised to see that the charges structure was not changed, i couldnt go into the branch was i had just given birth.
I sent Beauty an e-mail and she never got back to me. I went to the Quagga centre branch, the lady told me i should go back to the 1st person that assisted me, i was really dissapointed by the service i got from the consultants. I thought i was going to be assisted as they all work for ABSA, i contacted Beauty again to date she is not refunding my charges and it was her that messed up my account.
Second incident: i went to The Glen branch asking for the bank charges to be moved to the 1st as my salary date has changed Busi didnt change it she said its impossible to change them? she was just lazy, there is nothing like that. she didnt want to help and she also added some stupid charges on my account.

im very unhappy with this, i want all my charges refunded!!
