Poor service from ABSA insurance

I have cancelled my ABSA car insurance on 8 August 2012 due to the fact that it was traded in on a new vehicle.. I was telephonically informed it will take 3 working days for the cancellation to take effect. Despite this, payment was deducted monthly until end of March 2013, when I stopped the debit order. Upon investigation on 8 March, I was quite rudely informed (twice) they - ABSA insurance - require proof of settlement of the insured vehicle, which I obtained. A call centre staff member - Roma - promised tp phone back with a fax nr or e-mail address to which the document must be forwarded. Alas - it is now 19 June 2013, still no call back.
I will appreciate feedback, as well as be informed when this deducted payments will be paid back to me.
