Lack of interest and very unhelpful

On Friday afternoon, I went in to FNB in the Bluff to find out more information about a home loan. However I was referred to a consultant named Cynthia who was very rude and very unhelpful. She called the call centre for me to get more information from the call centre. If I wanted to liase with someone over the phone, I would have called the call centre myself to get more information. However I took time off from work to have a one on one meeting with someone from FNB because it's easier to speak to someone personally than over the phone. The treatment received was very embarrassing for FNB because instead of saying "how can I help you, " they've said "I'm too busy for this, make a phone call".
