INCOMPETENT CALL CENTER STAFF AND MANAGEMENT

I called in at the end of jan regarding an incorrect debit order going off my account just to hear it will be investigated. on the 6th of Feb i then called in to speak to a manager as this was having an effect on my budget which i got transferred from pillar to post and when asked to speak to a manager i get blind transferred to someone els, i eventually got hold of a manager by the name of caroline if I'm not mistaken which said she will assure me to listen to calls and call me back by 4pm. Today is the 11th of feb and still no response from anyone. i feel that the ombudsman needs to assist me regarding this as FNB staff will never be able to meet deadlines and keep to promises as i have been disapointed and just left to keep quiet and forget about my problem.
