Incorrect Debit Orde

I called MTN to inquire about the incorrect debit order that went through my account on the 1st of May. I spoke with a consultant whom i asked to transfer me to her manager in which she transferred me to Brenda Lebeloane. I explained my problem and we agreed that it was an incorrect debit order. I was shocked to learn that MTN also debit my account incorrectly for March and Brenda advised me that the money will be credited back to my account after 7 working day. I called MTN again to enquire about this and accidentally the agent told me that they are going to Deduct R800 from me which i don't know about because my contract with them is for R435.I again asked to be transferred to Brenda as she is the one who is handling my account for incorrect debit order. I've been calling Brenda for the whole week and i was told she was busy on the line every time i call and that she will call me back. She only called me on day 3 and i asked her about the amount that is supposed to be debited and she advised me to stop the debit with the bank and i will get my refund on Saturday 25th. To my surprise only R166 was refunded in my account and I'm furious angry want my money back ASAP.
