ABSA the Grove in Pretoria - on Monday morning, has only one bulk teller. Is it so difficult to calculate that all business and schools and churches and weekend entertainment places are coming in on Monday morning to bank their bulk weekend takings. Plus all the shops in the centre are coming to collect change. Why do you have only one of the bulk tellers staffed. I waited 45mins to see the bulk teller.
