Hi all, i thought i needed to share the best experience i had with IWYZE. Firstly a word of advise is that when you take up on an insurance those extra added benefits could be worthwile in the future. It mighjt seems as if its not at the time you take up an insurance contract but it is. Take it from me i learnt the hard way. My situation was sightly different as as my car keys were and BMW had to replace the whole key kit. turns out that when i took the insurance i didnt choose this option as an extra added benefit. I was so stressed out as the whole thing was quoting me R11 800. I thought i was loosing my mind as i never budgetted for this and i thought its was just as easy as just replacing the key, be that as it may, i got great service from Ramona, she called me back and sais she will make a plan i must hang ten, the next munute i get a call that they will cover me, i must just ensure that i include these things on my insurance. Ramona kept me calm al the way, kept me updated on all the progress of my claim. she even stayed late in the office ensuring that i had a car when i get to centurion.
