Poor Service from Supervisor to general staff

The pension fund for the month of November was suspended with no notification or anything I called the pension funds department and was advised that they were experiencing technical problems and are busy sorting out the problem and the funds will be in my account by the evening or the Thursday morning latest. Today is Friday afternoon and the funds is still not in my account. Yesterday when I called I was transferred from pillar to post without any luck. I eventually asked to speak to the supervisor Phindile Masha who said she will call me back and she never did Madelaine Graaff finally send me an email to advising what the problem was on my account confirmation of studies needed to be submitted I called back to advice she is still in school and I was told to have the documents completed and send back so that she can process the payments. I send the documents to her today and she was not at work. Mellissa Woest answered her phone and was incredibly rude and very unhelpful I then asked to speak to the Phindile again and she said I can send the documents to her and she will sort everything out for me and nothing has been done. The service from management and staff is terrible
