Capturing wrong information on my Policy

On march 2012, i opend a educational plan, for my twins (Akhona and Owethu, ) i paid R170.00 per child, last week the 7th Feb 2013, i called to change my banking details for both of them, only to find that the do not have Owethu on the system, they only hav Akhona Nichabele, but the corretc surname is Mkhabele, and the other R170.00 i use to pay it was for my investement that i no nothing about it, the y said i must speak to the lady who opened this, when i phone her on the cell phone she was rude and didnt want to listen to me she told me she will cal tomorrow, on the 8th Feb 2013, she phone me at 10h34, requested my ID Number so she can check whats going on and she said she will phone be back, at 15:30 i phone her thats when she told me that it was not her fault it was the people who does data capture. i was not happy about her servics she did not even bother to apologies, she kept telling me it was not her faults insted of finding a solution and for her to take the whole day without getting back to me, i had to phone her and she had a bad attitude.
