I am contracted with Mobility 24 through MTN. My cellphone was and reported to police station. The phone was blacklisted and I got my CR number which I submitted to my insurers through MTN.
ROSE from 24 Hour Mobility informed me that my application was approved to the value of R5700.
Today, 7 February 2013, at 14:30 I spoke Mobility 24 consultant by name of CHENEL who told my that I cannot take phone of my choice, Samsung S3 whose value is R7000 I told her that I am prepared to pay for the betterment of R1300. She refused and directed me to her Line Manager, ROSLYN who actually told me to buy Blackberry (which I own) or Sony Erickson - not my choice at all. I explained to her that I will pay the difference and I will remain insured for R5700. She did not entertain my argument. She told me that I am upgrading my cellphone status which is not true.
Peter this type of service is unacceptable and Roslyn as a Manager has no right to tell clients what to choose, worse to say that I am upgrading!! I am asking you to investigate and revert back to me. Presently, I couldnt get any cellphone
