I have visited the Telkom Clearwater store for 3 weeks in a row now to upgrade my account to a new phone. Akhona could not assist me the 1st day as he had no idea about when the phone I asked for, would be in store. He promised to phone me back in the week... never did. I in the meanwhile spoke to the online chat CS, but these guys are totally useless and knows nothing. The second weekend (Last weekend) I went to the Clearwater store again and then Akhona could not find the deal for R269 on a Smartplan 50 for the Galaxy S3 which was the phone I wanted, so after 1.5 hours at the store with my 3 kids, I left emptyhanded. Yet again, Akhona promised to let me know on Monday last week what was going on... Not a word... I sent him follow up e-mails, but the e-mail account he gave me was invalid - even the e-mail on the Mall's website does not work. I try to phone to follow up, but no-one answers the phone. I sent him an SMS this morning early... no response, so I decided to go to the store again. I waited for an hour as he was busy with another pair of customers... Finally, another employee approached me and asked what I wanted only to be told that he sold the last S3 a day before.
