On thursday the 20th of june 2013, i went to old mutual to surrender my child's educational plan cause i felt that old mutual is ripping me off and not just only me but most of the people i know are complaining about them, so i went there to surrender my childs educational plan and the lady that was assisting said she will send it throu for manual calculations... its four days today and i havent recieved any feedback from them regarding MY MONEY!!!
i want my money and i want it before the end of business day tomorrow... failure to do so i will be forst to taking this matter further...
i want my MONEY!!!
i have never experianced such poor service and i will never recomend anyone to take and policy with old mutual.
