Hi, you see, I'm very slow to anger, I'm a very reasonable person, but at times people get to work my last nerve out. What happened here is this, at the end of October I paid up my credit card, assuming that it will automatically be closed, I only found out when I saw another debit at the end of November, I then called the call centre, that was on 28.11.2013, I was told that the account will be closed and I will get the refund after 5 working days, ok just to confirm, I then called this morning, and I was told that the acc hasn't been closed I need to go to the branch, I came to the branch and was told to call the call centre, which I did, spoke to Alfred, who gave me great wonderful news, that the account will be closed by today but I won't get my money back! I asked him why and he kept me on hold for 15 min, for what I don't know.
All I want is my refund back, please. I hav no strength to fight or run after people who seems not to know why they are appointed in their positions!
I need someone relevant to call me and tell me when is my refund due!
