On the 16 October 2013 I was double charged for a booking change and refund request was sent on the 24th October and again on the 19. 20 November. The guest service agent Marizaan Horn responded that my request was forwarded to finance department by Lerato and it was going to take 7-14 days for my refund to be processed. On the 19th December a follow up email was sent and up to date there has been no response from Mango.

On the 20 December I called in again and the lady who took my call advised me that she will call me back which did not happen. It is upsetting that one have to wait for over a month just for a refund from such a big company and the staff is untrustworthy.

On top of that I was on hold for over 40 minutes for a call centre agent to check the status of my refund with Finance Department
