We transfered money into my wife's account in SA from my Botswana Barclays (ABSA) account, but ABSA recieves the money into their suspense account and forever hold their peace. They dont call client or anything, it now becomes the responsibility of the client to chase around ABSA on the phone wasting lots of airtime to no avail. IF YOU CANT DEPOSIT THE MONEY INTO HER ACCOUNT THEN RETURN IT PLEASE. This is not the first time and it was the same story last year and again we were transferring from the same account we used now. We are enetring the 2nd week now and no response from ABSA.
