Insurance claim

My house was damaged by storm on the 28th Nov. I logged a claim with Absa on the 2nd of Dec with claim no:2493772. They then refered my claim to Thembridge Support Services. The guys said they cant assist since the amount of the claim was more than R5 000. I went back to absa to assist, even logged a complaint with ref no:2626705. When I called today the 23rd for followup, nothing was done on my claim. How long must I wait for them to assist. My insurance premiums are up to date. No feedback received from Absa. I always have to hold for more than 30min before my call can be answered. Pay my claim or give me all my premiums back.
