In 2011 my TV got damaged accidentally and ABSA gladly replaced it, two weeks ago one of my kids accidentally damaged another TV. Upon me lodging a claim, I was told that I do not have accidental cover this for me is bad as should I had known about this initially I would be in a better position to add the cover. I have been with ABSA insurance for almost ten years and to have this thrown in my face is truly unacceptable.
