Poor poor service

I have applied through the Absa website to upgrade my account to a cheque account, i have received poor service with never being contacted to advise that my application is in process or they have recived my application supporting documents!! i must phone the call centre all the time and the agents put me on hold for 10 minutes or even more to advise the person asessing my application is not there!! the website is very misleading stating that this application takes 24 hours to process, its going onto 72 hours.im really considering closing my account because of these prolonged issues!!
