I had a query where I needed to find out exactly how my e-bucks was allocated as I was rewarded much less than I anticipated. So far I have sent 12 e-mails to [Email Removed] all of them have been read, but NOT 1 HAS BEEN ANSWERED. I do not understand how FNB can promote you like you are this wonderful company. Everything except!! You are USELESS!! And I'm sure you will come up with some lame excuse again...
