Hi,
I have had Nedbank cancel a bond assurance policy without contacting me telephonically.
I had received a letter informing me of the cancellation that would occur due to non payment, as they had the incorrect banking details, despite my bond having the correct banking details. I had changed banks and find it odd that my home loan with Nedbank would have the correct details and the bond insurance miraculously had the incorrect details.
Despite this, i had emailed on numerous occassiona, as i was leaving for overseas the day after receiving the letter via post, and received no response back. I had got back to SA, and sent many concerned emails through. I had even called the call center number on the letter, but it went to voicemail... so i had left a message, and still received no response.
This is not the first time i have experienced problems with Nedbank. And i am so dissappointed in them that i am on theverge of considering moving my home loan over to another bank.
I know that Nedbank will now contact me due to this report - which amazes me that client relations must be forced on to them. I am unavailable on my mobile dur to work committments - they can get me on my email.
