Hi I am Mr Katlego Mosianeli I am an RCS account holder. On the 21 January 2013 I received my monthly account statement and upon receiving my statement I noticed that there was a purchase that was made on my account. The purchase was made on the 11th of January 2013 at Tekkie Town Carletonville for an amount of R1699, 85. The problem is that I have never purchased or been at Carletonville and I do not understand how this purchase could have been possible as my card has always been in my possession. I hope you can assist me with this matter.
