I'm a Nedbank home loan client .in May I was granted my bond which was registered on the 31of may, the same day I received a letter stating that my transfers were successful and the first installment was due the next day .shocking enough Nedbank send me a letter stating that my bond is in arrears .can someone explain to me which arreas are they referring to as they deduct the monthly instalments from my bank account .was I suppose to pay the first instalment 3hours after the property way registered. Please provide clarity on the arrears as I'm willing to take this up with the Ombudsman
