Staff Incompetence leading to loan decline

Since 24 December, I've tried to obtain credit from FNB, Mall@Redds branch. I've send all relative documents as requested almost every day since, except on the holidays. Since Monday 7 January, I've been to FNB DAILY after receiving sms's that I have to re-sent all documents. I spoke to numerous supervisors every day. I was promised that the credit will be granted every day, or the next day. The next day, I had to send all documents again. Day after day. I have a good credit record, I earn more than the amount I would like to borrow. On a daily basis I was at the branch twice. Do you get this? I was at the branch every day this week, all day, promised and promised. They even told me on January 7 that the money will be transferred to my account, only to be told the next day, I have to re-send all relative documents. I had excellent service at the branch. The problem is at the Loans Department. I spoke to the team leader Me Jolene Cooper on Jan 10 explaining how to contact my employer. She promised to call me back within a hour. She never did. I wanted to move over to FNB, now I'm not too sure of their level of professionalism. Tata FNB. Hallo ABSA.
