SORT IT OUT PLEASE

Thanks for giving me your credit card however im disappointed. I collected from Killarney branch and had all the documents required and the lady who offered assistance didn't ask for them, well i cant teach your staff their job, used my card for more than 2 months until i tried paying and got a decline. Went to the branch and i heard of FICA, note i had this documents when i collected my card, .I then took required docs to the branch again Killarney and all was fine 3 days later another decline and returned to the branch and was advised by the staff that there is something wrong but they cant figure it out,? Seriously? Moipone was very very helpful and she said she is awaiting to hear from FICA office or something as they had emailed her back but used abbreviations she didn't understand, till when i don't know
I have not defaulted payments to the credit card really and do not deserve this, if i need to take any more documents just say not embarrass me when i try pay and i get that general decline, SORT IT OUT PLEASE
