I have applied for a credit card and loan 2 weeks ago and every time I inquire about the status of my loan I get a different response. Some say that the branch has to send them documents others say my company is linked to. All I want is the service they promised me. Can someone please assist me in regard to getting the card I received from the branch active!!!
