Very Dissapointed on handlind Client Documents

I went to the branch on the 28th February, to submit my home loan application documents. Had to take my time out of work to submit all these, they promised to send documents to head office home loans department. Called head office on Monday the 4th March, no documents are received and consultant informs me that maybe there s been a delay on the capturing department therefore she will forward an urgent capturing and a consultant will give me a call as soon as everything is captured.

Today is the 18th March and when i check up on the head office home loans, they do not have anything on their records and i am being informed to go back to the branch to send the documents. I mean Abigail from the branch did confirm that the all my documents went through,

I am so disappointed with FNB`s way of handling client s documents, and they process. Don t think i am going ahead to bank with them again
