No assistance with clearing my name on ITC

I paid of my STD Bank Master card in April 2013. I received a letter to say it was paid up from a company called DMC. I t thought that Standard Bank would then update ITC to say this account is paid up. This was not the case. In Jul I contacted a department of Standard Bank that deals with this and spoke to Emily Gabotse, she asked me to send an email with the paid up letter and proof of payment, which I then did. On Aug 27th I queried with ITC about this update only to be told that Standard Bank has not sent them any documents to update my credit record. I then contact Abdul at the same department of Standard Bank and he then requested the same, to send an email. Which I did. I phoned ITC in Sep and again I was told they received no documents to update my credit record. I phoned Abdul back and he then said the documents had been sent I must give ITC 14 working days to update. It's now Oct 04th and I was told again by ITC that they had received no documents to update my credit record. I now phoned Standard Bank again and spoke to Mohammed who told me the documents has been sent and he will send it again and CC me in, I am still waiting. Can someone please assist me urgently.
