UNSATISFATORY SERVICE RECEIVED

After being involved in an accident, I contacted Hollard Insurance to inform them of the incident and to set the Third Party Claim in motion, as I had been the victim of a reckless driver.
I delivered my vehicle at Omegatron Auto Body on Monday the 28th of January. After my vehicle spent 9 days in their workshop for a minor repair that should only have taken a few days, according to the accessor, I have the following grievances:

The light fitting and the body panel doesn't align
The indicator light is not working
I received no progress reports via sms or telephone calls, as stipulated in their repair agreement
I had to make numerous phone call to them regarding when my vehicle's repair would be completed and as to when I would be able to fetch my vehicle
After agreeing on a given time at which the driver would collect me from work, he arrived an hour late, resulting in my superiors and patients being unhappy
The staff at Omegatron informed me that it would take at least 6 months for me to recover my excess payment from Hollard.

In summary I find the choice of Hollard's outsourced repair work unsatisfactory.
