Money withdrawn from fixed savings

R620 was withdrawn from my account--whilst I was in possession
of both my ID and bank card.

The money was withdrawn on Saturday, 2013-03-16 and I only noticed
transaction days later ie. Tuesday, 2013-03-19 as I did NOT receive a SMS alert.

I reported the incident to your department on Tuesday, 2013-03-19 and the
card has been blocked (reference # 3120370).

Please assist me to recover the funds by Monday, 2013-04-01 for debit orders
due on that date.
