Hi am Mrs MM Mosianeli an RCS account holder in December 2012 I paid off the balance on my account. Only to find I had paid more than was necessary. I immediately made RCS aware of the amount overpaid. I was then promised that I would be refunded an amount of R566, 00. I submitted all the documents that were requested in order for the transaction to be done. I have phoned and faxed but to this day my refund has not been paid. I kindly request that i be assisted with this matter.
