Poor service and communication

On the 24th of June 2012, someone applied and was given a R120 000 personal loan at Nedank using my identity. I realised that Nedbank were debiting R3950 from my account from July 2012. I called their customer care centre in September to dispute the loan. I was told to fax them an affidavit, certified ID copy, a copy of my 10 signatures and a bank card with my signature at the bank. I did that and confirmed with them. They assured me that all the documents were received and that they were investigating. I was told it would take 28 working day (that was in October 2012). In December I enquired again and decided to go to their head offices to hand deliver the documents to a lady I was communicating with. I was assured it would be resoled by the end of January 2013. Ive been patiently waiting for them to com back to me. When I call to enquire they always tell me it is still under investigation. Its been 5 months now and they still haven't payed my money back. I feel I should be compensated for this because they have messed up my credit record. During that time i was about to purchase property but was declined because of this loan. Please help me.
