Account was in arrears and handed over and settlement amount that was quoted by attorneys was 12100.00 and the amount paid directly to Edcon was 15567.55 . I have called a number of times for refund of overpaid amount and everytime we informed that refund is in the process, according to Edcon the shortfall amount to be refunded is 1865.00 but it should be way more based on the settlement amount quoted by their attorneys, when will the amount be refunded as the acc was paid 08 November already. No one even calls to advise what is taking up time or any feeedback. We need this refund to be made asap, which ever amount because your consultants mentioned 1865.00 . You guys we're. Quick to call when we owed but now when you owe me, no one calls, all the docs was also send to your office, what more needs to be done
