Waisted my time, made a promise&no service

I went to STD bank at the boulders shopping centre on Wed last week, I had to ask my manager to be late because i start work at 8am but they open at 9am so i had to wait. I activated internet transfer on my Blue Bean credit card over the phone and was advised by the consultant to go to the Bank so i can set up the limit to transfer. So I went on Wed morning and was assisted by a lady, I never checked her name but i will know her when I go there AGAIN.I was showed the queue to stand in and she assisted me. I told her what i was there for and she put the card on the slot, asked for my pin which i punched and all the promts she was telling me to do on the speedpoint. She told me the maximum limit is R5000 and i told her to put that on. Then said it was done then i left. Today i log on internet banking, to my suprise the limit was not done. I called STD call centre 0861201000 & was told the branch never set a limit. Advised i must go back again. For the time i wasted, going there, and a person literally telling me all is ok whilst nothing is being done I find that unacceptable. I wanted to transfer money today but cannot because of incompetence, negligence and. WHY GIVE US A BAD SERVICE? WHY LIE?
