I openend a Std Bank cheque account
Went to the Sandridge Beanch to collect

I was assisted by the enquiries dept.
I requested to ensure my internet banking was set up

The lady assisted me and advised everything was ok.

A week later I try to login and transfer funds
I get an error msg " no lmit"
apparently when setting up interent banking you need to set a limit - Why wasnt this done at the branch??

I also went to the ATM to withdraw funds.i get another error msg
"DAILY WITHDRAW LIMIT reached" Why was this not done at the branch??

Whilist writing this, Im on the line with STD bank call centre for literally over an hour (most on hold)
trying to sort out. - Im being told go to the branch again???

I WAS THERE!!! - The useless staff didnt do what they supposed to do and NOW I must go there again???
