Failure to increase internet transfer limit

I made a request to Standard Bank to increase my monthly internet transfer limit, it's day no 4 now and the bank still has not adjusted my limit as requested. Meanwhile, I am unable to make a very critical payment to another company because of this. A very important application is being jeorpadise because I can't make payment. I've made several 15 minutes calls to their call centre, but my time and money were wasted with telephone music.
