Not allowed to up limit to transfer money

Why if I have money in my account am I not allowed to transfer it out. I was told that it must be there for 11 days first then they didn't know where it came from.(was from one of there own clients who bank with them). All this at 8-37 in the morning at 9-30 when I told them they just wasted my time and was late for another appointment which would make me money they went o.ok. When I told them what the money was for then they looked a little more interested but I had to go as I really needed to get to the next place.

I was there early to get it sorted out cause I was scared I would be to late to get to the bank at 11.
I only got done at 12.45 with the other things I had to do anyhow.

The money was there from the 2013/07/11 transfer to me from a standard bank account.

I had id card all the correct details and everything they would have needed to sort me out fast and easy but they wanted to make it hard for me.

I really needed to transfer the money then and there.

Had to beg for help in other places to sort my problem out. When my bank showed me I am worth nothing to them, just another Saturday problem.
