Here I am sitting at ABSA Centurion waiting for forex where I have made arrangements that I will be collecting these today. Only to hear that the system is down and now I have to wait even longer. When I spoke to the manager I got a "well that's it". Interesting way to handle you Private Bank customers! As usual service is not one of peoples KRAs hence the attitude and service. Perhaps I should close all accounts and move to another bank that will appreciate the fact that it is customers that actually pay your salary!
