Bad Customer Service and incorrect amount amount

On the 05/11/2013 I've put on car finance application online with Absa as I've applied online before 6yrs back when I was purchasing my 1st car. Since I'm banking with Absa and I have most of my products with them. After my application was pre-approved. I was informed that Keshia wil call me back as she's the 1 handling my new application within 2 hours which she did not. The following day I've called the call centre again to check with her how far she is with my application. She told me that she's still busy whe will call me back which she did not. Then I later realised that I have to add extra on my optional for electric windows.. I called the call center again to inform her about changes on my application. She worked out the new application with my optional extras and gave me my new premiums which I agreed on. She informed me that I got a prime rate of 8.5percent and the contract will be sent to my chosen branch the very same day on the 06th/11/20013. I waited for the call from the branch only to find the documents where never sent to them. Today on the 09/11/2013 I was told that the amount on her approval is not the same as from the dealer herce the quote was sent to her on Fri
