I just called ABSA Vehicle finance on 0860 669 669 and needed to confirm with 100% certainty I have the correct bank details to pay my settlement amount to ABSA. I simply wanted an email from ABSA stating the exact bank details I need to pay to, to my astonishment it appears that ABSA is unable to email their own bank details to the clients. I then found out my initial details I received were incorrect and that I should now use different bank details to pay into, which was also verbally conveyed and not electronically. After a very difficult and unaccommodating session with the person on the other line the the call was ended with her saying "It's not a pleasure", Please be sure to listen to the recording. Why must everything with ABSA be a problem, I'm tired of it. please get better or is my business not good enough for you?
